Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Provide tier-2/3 technical support for network-related incidents and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to execute network implementation projects according to client specifications.
- Document network topologies, configurations, and maintenance procedures for internal and client use.
- Assist in the procurement and evaluation of new networking hardware and software technologies.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with security best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in network administration or support.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Hands-on experience with major networking vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, or Juniper.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and technical teams.
- Industry certifications like CCNA or CCNP are highly preferred.
