Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily classroom activities that promote holistic development.
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in the nursery program to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Facilitate small group sessions, arts and crafts, storytelling, and playtime activities to engage young learners.
- Observe and record student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents regarding their child's daily growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom setup that encourages independent exploration.
- Support children in developing fundamental self-help skills and healthy social interactions.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development workshops to keep up with modern pedagogical practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a preschool, nursery, or kindergarten setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Possess a genuine passion for working with toddlers and an understanding of age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and highly observant.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with parents and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to adapt to the school's specific educational values and curriculum requirements.
