Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner at the customer service counter
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about mall facilities, promotions, and store locations
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with mall tenants and internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining queue management at service counters
- Support mall events and promotional activities as required
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized customer service area
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
