Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner at the customer service counter
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information about mall facilities, promotions, and store locations
  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with mall tenants and internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining queue management at service counters
  • Support mall events and promotional activities as required
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized customer service area

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
