You will act as the crucial bridge between central management and outlet teams, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. In this dynamic position, you will oversee various facets of the business, including workflow optimization, inventory and cost control, staff training and development, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistency in quality, service, and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency across all locations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control measures (food cost, labor cost, operational expenses).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and team members to foster a high-performance culture and reduce turnover.
  • Ensure all outlets strictly comply with health, safety, sanitation, and HALAL regulations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, seasonal menus, and initiatives to drive customer footfall and revenue.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to maintain cost-effectiveness and prevent stockouts.
  • Analyze customer feedback, operational data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic corrective actions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role managing multiple outlets.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control principles within the F&B sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team across different locations and cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and the MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
