- Monitor and coordinate vessel movements through the Mission Command Centre
- Execute real-time operational protocols for pilotage services
- Communicate with vessels, pilots, and shore teams during operations
- Document operational events and maintain accurate records
- Respond to emergency situations following established procedures
- Support optimization of vessel traffic flow and port efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in maritime operations or command centre environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Proficiency in maritime communication systems (VHF, radar)
- Knowledge of port regulations and safety protocols
- Basic understanding of vessel navigation principles
