Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize revenue
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices, address challenges, and align on goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the sales team

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, with 1-2 years in team leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in telco or related industry
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
