As an integral part of our operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the high standards that define Coliwoo's co-living spaces.
In this dynamic role, you'll establish professional communication channels with guests, managing all aspects of their stay from check-ins and check-outs to addressing inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to our guests' satisfaction and the overall success of our co-living community.
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with various teams to optimize daily operations, implement service improvements, and ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of comfort and functionality. - Manage guest check-ins and check-outs processes efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Establish and maintain professional communication with guests
- Monitor and maintain the quality of facilities and amenities
- Assist in implementing operational improvements
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams
- Prepare operational reports and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or operations management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of co-living space operations is a plus
