As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will serve as the right hand to the General Manager, overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and optimizing staff performance. You will be responsible for upholding our brand promise of quality, comfort, and service excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the General Manager in the daily administration and operational oversight of the hotel.
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house and housekeeping teams to ensure 5-star service standards.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost-control initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand-wide operational policies.
  • Manage duty rosters, staff scheduling, and performance appraisals for the operational team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level guest inquiries and service recovery protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of front office systems, housekeeping standards, and F&B operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure island environment.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to reside and work in Boracay, Malay, Aklan.
