Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export sea freight operations including documentation preparation, customs clearance, and cargo booking coordination
- Provide proactive customer support through shipment tracking, proactive communication, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and carrier requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customs, carriers) to optimize shipment efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation using logistics management systems
- Analyze shipment performance data and recommend process improvements
- Support new customer onboarding and service implementation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sea freight export operations or similar logistics role
- Proficiency in export documentation (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage customer expectations
- Proficient in logistics software (e.g., TMS, customs portals) and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
