Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily mall operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security for all tenants and visitors.
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues and facility repairs promptly.
- Supervise staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and provide necessary training to foster a motivated team environment.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including fire safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant relations, handling inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, retail supervision, or mall management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic management software.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a distinct advantage.
