- Lead outbound team to ensure efficient order processing and timely dispatch
- Optimize warehouse workflows to reduce handling time and improve throughput
- Implement and monitor safety protocols for material handling equipment

- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/outbound operations experience
- Proven team leadership and performance management skills
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of FIFO and inventory control principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
