Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage and train staff to maintain high performance standards and exceptional service quality
- Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance brand reputation
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and operational analytics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
