Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily operations and management of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage waste control to maximize profitability while minimizing costs.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and review reports, including sales and operational data, to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and special events that align with the brand's luxury positioning.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Relevant hospitality degree or diploma is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay).
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and a keen eye for detail.
