Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor beverage preparation and quality control to ensure consistency.
  • Drive outlet sales performance through proactive upselling and promotional efforts.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock-outs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the outlet.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in administrative duties, scheduling, and performance reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
