Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor beverage preparation and quality control to ensure consistency.
- Drive outlet sales performance through proactive upselling and promotional efforts.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock-outs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the outlet.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in administrative duties, scheduling, and performance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of beverage preparation and high-quality customer service protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
