Your core responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, controlling inventory, and ensuring every guest enjoys an authentic Japanese dining experience. You will report directly to the Outlet Manager and play a key role in achieving business targets.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory F&B role; Japanese cuisine experience is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills.
- Ability to work a 5.5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Outlet Manager in the daily oversight of all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Maintain and elevate standards for food quality, presentation, and service in line with the Japanese concept.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the service and kitchen teams to achieve operational goals and foster a positive work culture.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and implement cost-control strategies to optimize profitability.
- Address guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure a premium dining experience.
- Monitor financial targets, including sales revenue, labor costs, and operating expenses.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety, health, and hygiene regulations (NEA).
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and seasonal menus to drive traffic and revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume F&B setting; Japanese restaurant experience is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
- Proven track record in team leadership, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine guest-service mindset.
- Ability to work a 5.5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
