We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager / Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Johor Bahru. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and mentor outlet staff to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards across the outlet.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering processes, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to implement marketing initiatives and drive sales targets.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese (multilingual candidates preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
  • Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service.
