Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing projects
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflow efficiency
- Track production progress and prepare regular reports for management review
- Support capacity planning by analyzing production data and identifying potential bottlenecks
- Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure production meets quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of production plans, schedules, and related reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of production planning principles and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous
