Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for precast concrete manufacturing to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of precast components and raw materials to prevent production delays.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
- Liaise with project managers and site engineers to understand delivery requirements and adjust plans accordingly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, including material forecasts and resource allocation.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with safety regulations and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, or production management within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with precast concrete products and construction processes is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in planning software such as SAP, Oracle, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create accurate forecasts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
