Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management and supervision of plant operations to ensure smooth workflow and production targets are met
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and maintain efficient production processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures to ensure product standards are met
- Support in the training and development of plant personnel to enhance skills and knowledge
- Prepare and submit regular reports on plant performance, production metrics, and operational issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and data analysis tools
