We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Plant Operator to join our growing team at our facility in Mariveles, Bataan.
As an Assistant Plant Operator, you will provide essential support to the Materials Handling team. Your primary focus will be on supporting day-to-day operational activities related to fuel and material logistics, ensuring the plant operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will learn from experienced professionals and contribute directly to the seamless operation of a critical power generation facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Materials Handling team in executing daily operational activities to ensure a steady supply of fuel to the plant.
- Monitor and control material flow systems, including conveyors, crushers, and stackers, from the control room and field stations.
- Operate mobile and fixed plant equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine inspections, pre-start checks, and basic maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal reliability.
- Accurately document operational data, production figures, and shift logs, reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations and Maintenance teams to support plant outages and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety within the assigned work areas.
- Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations to foster a proactive safety culture.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Engineering course (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or a Vocational/Technical course related to Power Plant or Heavy Equipment Operation.
- Previous experience in a power plant, manufacturing plant, or heavy industrial environment is an advantage but not required - fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and extended hours as needed by plant operations.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mariveles, Bataan.
- Possesses strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety procedures.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and strong teamwork skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
