Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering engaging daily lesson plans and age-appropriate activities.
- Provide a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment for children aged 1–6.
- Supervise children during playtime, meal times, and transitions to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Support the development of students' social, emotional, and cognitive skills through positive reinforcement.
- Help prepare creative teaching aids, classroom decorations, and educational materials.
- Observe student progress and assist in documenting developmental milestones for parent reports.
- Foster open communication and a collaborative relationship with colleagues and parents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with children aged 1–6 years in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong proficiency in English to support a bilingual or English-speaking environment.
- Exceptional patience, high energy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with toddlers and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to assist in arts, crafts, and musical activities.
