Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, integration, and verification.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, military regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to guarantee system reliability and performance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a similar Principal or Senior Systems Engineer role, preferably within the defense or aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of laser systems, communication systems (DSC/CY), and defense technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
