Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and final delivery.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to execute cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with preferred vendors and service providers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams to ensure project timelines are met with timely material arrivals.
- Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular audits of supplier performance and service delivery quality.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement metrics, spend analysis, and savings achievements for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier contracts and service level agreements.
- Proficiency in ERP software or procurement management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
