Join CTI International as an Assistant Product Engineer and take a pivotal role in our semiconductor product engineering lifecycle. We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient individual to support the seamless transition of products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production.
In this dynamic position, you will serve as a critical link between engineering design and manufacturing execution. Your responsibilities will span hands-on support during build phases, ensuring product integrity and operational efficiency. You will actively participate in BOM reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and maintain rigorous documentation standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring smooth handovers from development to full-scale production.
- Conduct detailed reviews of the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
- Provide on-site engineering support during production builds and assembly processes to resolve technical queries.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and rectify product defects.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, technical reports, and change orders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Monitor production line performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and basic product engineering concepts.
- Basic understanding of reading engineering schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
