- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovation in payments.
- Gather and prioritize user feedback to ensure product improvements align with customer needs.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ROI.
- Communicate product vision and status updates to stakeholders across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product management or a related role within the financial services or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of cross-border transfers and banking products.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and product management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
