As the Assistant Production Head, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between high-level production strategy and floor-level execution. You will support the Production Head in managing daily operations, ensuring that all manufacturing targets are met within the specified timelines and budget constraints. Our facility in Canlubang is a fast-paced environment that requires a leader who can think on their feet, troubleshoot technical issues, and inspire a diverse team of operators and technicians.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Head in planning, coordinating, and executing daily production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring high morale and strict adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
- Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all finished goods meet the company’s rigorous standards.
- Prepare and analyze daily production reports, tracking KPIs such as yield, waste, and labor efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to schedule preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen) to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and consumables required for the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related management field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or assistant lead role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team of workers.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Willingness to work in Canlubang, Laguna and flexibility to work extended hours if necessary.
