Lakuda Foods Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Production Leader to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Senai, Johor. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that output targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
As a critical member of our operations team, you will manage a group of production operators, coordinate production schedules, and drive process improvements. We are looking for a proactive professional who can mentor staff effectively, enforce strict quality control measures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct daily production activities to ensure output meets quality and quantity targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards and safety protocols on the production line.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging to prevent shortages or excessive wastage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality management systems (QMS), and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic production management software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
