Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities including treatment, leaching, milling, and blending operations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure shift targets and production schedules are consistently met.
- Implement and enforce strict Quality Control (QC) standards across all manufacturing stages.
- Manage operational resources effectively to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site policies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor raw material consumption.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports for management review and process optimization.
- Facilitate on-the-job training and mentorship for junior production staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in chemical treatment, milling, or blending processes.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and workplace safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a manufacturing plant.
- Proficiency in production software or ERP systems for tracking and documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in the Tuas region and adapt to varying shift requirements.
