Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently
- Coordinate workflow between manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement for material planning
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance protocols
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and equipment usage
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing production roles
- Strong knowledge of ISO and OHS safety standards
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when required
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
