We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our team in Segamat, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily production schedule to ensure timely delivery and meet production targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and quality control standards to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of production staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage raw material inventory and distribution.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards, production planning, and manufacturing best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
