Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure all manufacturing targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, TPM) to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage and mentor production supervisors and shop-floor staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management Systems (ISO/IATF) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance and Engineering departments to minimize machine downtime and streamline equipment transitions.
- Assist the Production Manager in budget planning, resource allocation, and strategic operational forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex production schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to work in the Cibitung/Bekasi area and adapt to dynamic manufacturing shifts if required.
