- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance on best practices

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Singaporean citizenship (as specified in job title)
- Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software
