Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Production Manager to oversee our Gas Phase production lines in Shah Alam. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Gas Phase production line to ensure on-time delivery and quality output.
- Implement and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing waste.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the production workforce, ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety standards.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding output and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing) or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within gas phase or chemical processing.
- Proven leadership experience in managing production teams and workforce scheduling.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
