As an Assistant Production Supervisor, you will play an essential role in supporting the Production Manager during daily operations, taking full ownership of the night shift. You will lead a dedicated team of production operators, ensuring that all production schedules, quality standards, and safety KPIs are consistently met. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can handle machinery troubleshooting and maintain seamless communication between day and night shifts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations and managing night shift production schedules.
- Supervise, motivate, and deploy night shift production operators to meet daily output targets safely.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety health (WSH) standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and rectifying any deviations immediately.
- Troubleshoot minor machinery and equipment issues, collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit accurate shift handover reports, production logs, and performance metrics to management.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
- Proven capability to work night shifts on a permanent or rostered basis.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes, 5S practices, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage a diverse production team.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high overtime (OT) environment to meet business demands.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel) for tracking production data and writing reports.
