SIS Speedy Industrial Supplies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Supervisor to join our growing Wire Harness division in Pontian, Johor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our production lines run efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, productive environment for our team.
As an Assistant Production Supervisor, you will provide critical support to the Production Manager, overseeing daily operations, managing workflows, and ensuring that our wire harness assemblies meet the exact specifications of our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor staff to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and troubleshoot wire harness assembly equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all products meet technical specifications and internal quality standards.
- Maintain an organized production environment, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols (OSH) and house-keeping standards.
- Track inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts.
- Prepare daily production reports and document performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in wire harness manufacturing or electrical assembly is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control processes, and workplace safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly schematics.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus for internal coordination.
