Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Biology Education and Science Pedagogy.
- Conduct innovative and high-impact research aligned with the NSSE Cluster's strategic directions.
- Supervise postgraduate students and contribute to doctoral studies and thesis work.
- Develop and revise science curricula to meet contemporary educational standards and needs.
- Engage in academic service, including committee work, faculty governance, and community outreach programs.
- Secure external research funding and publish findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment for diverse student populations.
Kualifikasi
- A Ph.D. in Biology Education, Science Education, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and a demonstrated research potential.
- Proven experience in tertiary-level teaching, curriculum design, and student mentorship.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Commitment to professional development and contributing to the academic community.
- Relevant experience in the K-12 education sector or related fields is highly desirable.
