Tanggung Jawab
- Design and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Chemistry Education.
- Conduct high-quality, impactful research in chemistry pedagogical practices and publish in top-tier international journals.
- Supervise doctoral and master's degree candidates.
- Provide expert consultancy to the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) and relevant educational stakeholders.
- Engage in collaborative, cross-disciplinary research projects within the university.
- Lead faculty committees and contribute to the administrative development of the department.
- Develop innovative curriculum materials and assessment frameworks for chemistry education.
Kualifikasi
- A PhD in Chemistry, Chemistry Education, or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- Demonstrated record of high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Proven excellence in teaching at the tertiary level, including the use of innovative teaching technologies.
- Experience in securing competitive research grants is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative, cross-cultural teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse student populations.
- Prior experience in teacher education or school-based chemistry curriculum development is an advantage.
