Tanggung Jawab
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Design & Technology, focusing on practical applications and theoretical frameworks.
- Conduct high-quality, publishable research in the fields of Design & Technology Education or Engineering Education.
- Lead curriculum development initiatives to enhance the relevance and rigor of D&T programs.
- Supervise Master's and PhD candidates, guiding their research and professional development.
- Secure external research grants and funding to support academic projects and innovation.
- Contribute to departmental governance, committee work, and academic service.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Design & Technology Education, Engineering Education, or a closely related discipline.
- A strong academic track record evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
- Demonstrated teaching excellence and the ability to engage diverse student populations.
- Proven experience in securing research grants and leading independent research projects.
- Familiarity with modern educational technologies and curriculum design methodologies.
