- Lead and conduct innovative research in physics education, focusing on curriculum development, pedagogical approaches, and student learning outcomes
- Teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate courses in physics education
- Develop and implement evidence-based teaching methodologies for physics education
- Secure external research funding through competitive grant applications
- Publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor and supervise graduate students in physics education research
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance physics education programs
- Contribute to curriculum development and review processes in physics education
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Physics Education, Science Education, or a related field with a strong focus on physics
- Strong record of research publications in physics education or related areas
- Teaching experience at the tertiary level, preferably in physics education
- Demonstrated ability to secure external research funding
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation in physics education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellence in teaching and research
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
