- <ul><li>Initiate, lead, and conduct impactful research projects in Aerospace MRO, focusing on smart maintenance, predictive diagnostics, and autonomous systems.</li><li>Secure research grants and external funding from national agencies and industry partners.</li><li>Publish research findings in high-impact academic journals and present at international conferences.</li><li>Develop, teach, and assess undergraduate and postgraduate modules related to Aerospace MRO and relevant engineering disciplines.</li><li>Supervise and mentor students in their research projects, dissertations, and industry attachments.</li><li>Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships with aerospace industry stakeholders and research institutions.</li><li>Contribute to curriculum development, program accreditation, and other academic administrative duties.</li><li>Participate in university service and outreach activities, promoting SIT's mission and vision.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>A PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.</li><li>A distinguished track record of research and publications in relevant areas such as MRO, prognostics and health management (PHM), AI/ML for diagnostics, automation, or robotics in aerospace.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants and manage research projects effectively.</li><li>Proven experience in teaching at the university level, with excellent pedagogical skills and a commitment to student learning.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with students, colleagues, and industry partners.</li><li>Relevant industry experience in aerospace MRO or related high-tech sectors is highly advantageous.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.</li><li>Capacity to mentor junior faculty and contribute to the growth of the academic department.</li></ul>
