Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct high-quality, impactful research in robotics, autonomous systems, or related fields.
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate modules in robotics and mechatronics.
- Secure competitive research grants and foster collaborative partnerships with government agencies and industry leaders.
- Supervise final-year projects, postgraduate theses, and mentor junior research staff.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the department and SITβs applied learning pedagogy.
- Participate in academic committees and university-wide initiatives.
- Translate research outcomes into practical solutions that enhance industrial automation and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven track record of research excellence demonstrated by high-impact peer-reviewed publications.
- Strong commitment to pedagogical excellence and a passion for teaching in an applied learning environment.
- Experience in securing external research funding or managing industry-linked projects.
- Ability to lead research teams and collaborate across multi-disciplinary boundaries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both academic peers and industry partners.
- Experience in curriculum design or educational leadership is highly advantageous.
