Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the comprehensive planning and scheduling of engineering project phases.
- Coordinate between site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress against established timelines and budgets.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and project updates for management review.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to safety standards and engineering specifications.
- Support the procurement process by identifying and coordinating with material suppliers.
- Assist in the resolution of on-site technical issues and implementation of corrective measures.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project engineering or site coordination (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Kota Kinabalu and Sabah region as required.
