Ltd. is currently inviting a dedicated Assistant Project Engineer / Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to join our dynamic team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our construction projects, overseeing the full spectrum of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) operations.
Your primary focus will be managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initial design concepts and tendering through to on-site supervision and final handover. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, consultants, and contractors, to ensure that all M&E systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) construction activities from inception to project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design specifications are accurately met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and project documentation as required.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and budget estimates for M&E works.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and compliance checks.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in M&E construction or building services.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
