MR.DIY is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring that our expansion and internal infrastructure projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and quality.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Management team to coordinate workflows, monitor site progress, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure our high standards are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, develop your leadership skills, and contribute directly to the successful rollout of store projects across the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end retail store projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed project progress reports and maintain accurate documentation for all stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses and ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, site workflows, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within the Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang regions.
