As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with senior management to coordinate site activities, manage sub-contractors, and handle daily administrative reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.
- Coordinate site activities and monitor the performance of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, site logs, and safety records.
- Monitor site safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free working environment for all personnel.
- Track project timelines and resource allocation to prevent bottlenecks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate effective communication between site teams, stakeholders, and the head office.
- Assist in procurement and material management, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction project management or field supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands in the Bekasi area.
