Join Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited as an Assistant Project Manager cum EHS Coordinator and play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of underground infrastructure projects. This unique dual-position offers an excellent opportunity to develop both project management and environmental, health, and safety expertise in a dynamic engineering environment.
In this role, you will support senior project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with strict safety and environmental regulations. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high standards of workplace safety, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and coordinating environmental management practices across project sites.
As part of our dedicated project management team, you'll gain hands-on experience in budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and quality control. The EHS Coordinator aspect of your role will involve conducting regular safety inspections, preparing safety reports, managing incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with local and national safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring underground infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Support senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives across project sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations
- Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and documentation as required
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting any deviations to management
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or EHS (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is advantageous
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or EHS coordination in the construction/engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and best practices in construction safety
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Valid Work Permit or Singaporean citizenship/PR status
