Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of communication system projects from conception to completion.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and budgets to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
- Manage project risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, status updates, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant industry standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the ICT or defense industry.
- Strong understanding of communication systems and their integration in military or commercial applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
