Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring electrical and district cooling chiller plant projects
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control measures
- Prepare project documentation including schedules, reports, and progress updates
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in managing project resources including labor, materials, and equipment
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management or assistant project management roles
- Experience with electrical projects and/or district cooling/chiller plant systems
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
