Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and closing phases of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor site progress daily to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive project documentation, including RFI logs, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients, architects, and on-site construction teams.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that construction activities align with design specifications and blueprints.
- Support the preparation of progress reports and financial updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in construction or fit-out project management.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, building materials, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site-level challenges.
