Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing end-to-end M&E construction activities from project inception to completion.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless installation and system integration.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and prepare detailed status reports for senior management.
- Ensure all M&E installations adhere strictly to international safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.
- Manage material procurement, logistics, and site inventory to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential technical conflicts before they impact the project timeline.
- Facilitate effective communication between the client, architect, and specialized M&E vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related building services discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E project coordination within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of local and international M&E codes, standards, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead onsite coordination meetings professionally.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve technical challenges under pressure.
- Professional registration (e.g., BEM/IEM) is highly regarded.
